*De La Soul - Are You In?
This legendary trio can do no wrong in my eyes. A strong release after a 3 year hiatus is what these 3 bring to supper. I sincerely geek when ever I hear there is a new release from De La and this one definitely doesn't dissapoint. Put your headphones on and bump this on your way to the donuts shop dammit!
Highlights:
"Attack Of 'The Stet'"
"Forever"
"Greedy Man"
"Mornin'Rise"
*Passion Pit - Manners
Now this is what I call a great mesh of noise, pop appeal, and screaching out of tune genius. There's nothing more intriguingly comforting to me then a beautiful mess and that's exactly what this album exudes.
Highlights:
"Little Secrets"
"The Reeling"
"Eyes As Candles"
"Swimming In The Flood"
"Folds In Your Hands"
"Sleepyhead"
*St. Vincent - Actor
Hard drums, Curly Hair, a Classical hint, and an innocent stare. I LOVE THIS ALBUM.
Highlights:
"Save Me From What I Want"
"Marrow"
"The Party"
"Just The Same But Brand New"
